Louise Butler Nitasha is an absolutely brilliant Pilates teacher. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of Pilates is outstanding and I couldnt recommend her enough. Nitasha guides you through every movement and not only pushes you to your limit but teaches you control. I come away from every class feeling incredible.

Alrine Roche The gym has good equipment and a decent atmosphere. It can get crowded during peak hours, but overall it’s clean and well organized. Staff are polite, and the membership price is reasonable for what you get. A few more machines and better locker room maintenance would make it even better. Thank u Sparkle

Bev McFarlane Ria is an amazing Pilates instructor and changed my life - her tuition and Pilates exercises completely cured my chronic sciatica enabling me to be more mobile and enjoy walking. Ria has taught me that with a little effort big results can be achieved. Ria’s classes are fun and for people of all ages and levels of experience with Ria keeping her eyes on you to make sure you are doing it correctly to build not only your core strength but your confidence too.
