Daniel Jensen Energie Fitness Acton is an awesome local gym. It’s recently been kitted out with new equipment, there’s plenty of space and a machine for just about everything. Plus, the staff are all so friendly, offering help or just a welcoming smile upon arrival, they’re all kind and approachable. I had major gym anxiety but this has quickly become a haven for me, I’d recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence about joining a gym.

Ronnie McDowall Great public golf course, reasonably priced compared to its neighbouring private club. Friendly staff, well kept greens and practice area. Very dog friendly, infact very family friendly.

Asli Guner Paul I joined FitOne in Jan 2025 and for the first time I found a gym which is suitable for my schedule with their every hour options. The trainers are very friendly and sympathetic to your needs and special conditions. They really encourage you and strike a nice balance to find your better self and respecting your conditions. For the first time in my life I managed to introduce exercise to my life in a sustainable way. Extremely recommended!

Oana Gianina A welcoming, safe and supporting community. Clean mats and well looked after. It has a good location, very close to Ealing Broadway tube, bus station and the parking is right next to it. Free parking after 4PM on the streets. The coaching staffs level of technical mastery is apparent in every class. They demonstrate an encyclopedic knowledge of the art. Uses fun, age-appropriate drills.Keeps the kids highly engaged. Teaches concept! Combined decades-long history in the sport, the coaches are making sure that they teach life lessons on and off the mat. Coaches with a proven winning pedigree. History of securing major titles and producing champions. My sonss favourite are Coach Ronaldo and Professor Wali. Big thank you to everyone.

Joseph Turnbull Glad to have this gym close by. Has everything you need in terms of equipment/machines (or that can be expected at this price point!). Busy enough to have an atmosphere but not so busy that you ever really have to wait for equipment. Staff are all great.

Oliver Ridgwell I joined F45 a couple of weeks ago to help me include strength training alongside running, swimming and cycling that I do for Triathlon. I really dislike working out in the gym but having a dynamic and energetic session that gives me strength and core training alongside some cardio and flexibility is really engaging and fun. I am excited to continue going and confident in the results.
