phil sutcliff Started with joe about 11 months ago with the intention of getting stronger and competing in my first strongman comp on aug 23rd 2025. The guy is the friendliest most down to earth and knowlagable pt ive come across. Always good for a laugh and a joke but also endless support and confidence in your goals. Each week is tailored to my needs and will adjust and change as needed. I genuinely could not recommend him enough as hes blown any goal I thought I had, or even considered out of the water.

Ollie Bunn There is an excellent little softplay here for a very reasonable £4.50, the room is air-conditioned as well so is bliss for the hot summer! My son has swimming classes here which have been excellent, the teacher (Natalie) is so attentive and really good with the little ones. The swimming pool itself is really good too, its never as busy as other local pools which is a big bonus.

Lucy Walters I have been seeing Amanda for a few weeks now regarding pain in my pelvis and back post birth of my baby. 10 months later after seeing countless practitioners in the medical field to no avail, Amanda offered her services. Ive been blown away with the outcome of Amandas help for my issues - for the first time in 10 months someone (Amanda) has manged to find and target EXACTLY what is going on in my anatomy, where the weaknesses are and what areas of my body are under immense pressure causing all this pain. I FEEL FABULOUS after every session, I have gentle but powerful exercises to do at home and Amanda keeps in touch throughout the week to check how youre doing. Her reformer equipment is fantastic - youll feel youve had a deep, well needed workout of areas you didnt know were there whilst feeling totally zen in her amazing sun drenched Studio and decking. Amanda has given this 31 year old, first time mum hope, that I do not have to feel 80 years old already and I will be able to run around after my soon to be toddler which was just a dream a few months ago... Lee Blackburn 1st Class gym with the community to go with it! My son and I joined and were instantly made to feel welcome, with staff and members alike willing to help and give advice. The standard and range of equipment is second to none and even when the gym is busy, there’s enough to go around. I would highly recommend AM to anyone, whether they are just starting out or an experienced gym goer.

Jessica Adams There’s no gym quite like it. The standards are exceptional. The staff go above and beyond - the level of the fitness classes is like no other, the equipment is of a high standard, it is evident they are always reinvesting in the gym, along with the gym always being clean and accessible to use. Most importantly, the community built by the staff and members is something you won’t find anywhere else, it is the most supportive environment you could possibly be a part of. Down to every detail, it is clear that fusion put their members above anything else. They cater for absolutely everybody.

Vikkiee Bennett This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We cant fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.
