David A real friendly team in a surprisingly aesthetic, quiet space space overlooking the back gardens of the neighbourhood. the two teachers Ive had so far have been engaging and tailored the classes to suit the level of the students present. Class sizes are small (I havent been to one with more than 5 students). A fantastic local venture well worth supporting.

James F I have been working with Sarah at Bear Fitness for over 4 months now and the results are simply amazing. I have never looked forward to training and working out - until now. Sarah has boundless enthusiasm and knows how to get the best out of her clients - but in a supportive and encouraging environment. Her sessions are well planned and thought out and the time literally flies by. I find myself looking forward to sessions which is a feat in itself. Highly recommended - shes brilliant!

Grant Kemp Lovely studio with fab teachers. I attended one of their yoga classes, and was delighted by the experience. Only thing missing for me was a good set of bolster cushions. Situated underneath a clearly trendy hotel, the decor is super modern and very cool. The sleek design of the space is really relaxing and clean lines help to create a sumptuous environment that will really aid your chill. I couldnt find the changing rooms but they had a large selection of toilets downstairs which were large enough to get changed in. Staff were very welcoming and lovely! Thanks for the great experience..
