Her rooftop space is really cool- you can see the top of the Cathedral and all the way to Vauxhall- and it has so much equipment - free weights, squat rack, ski erg, kettle bells, assault bike, normal bike, rowing machine. So different to most gyms where you are underground and having to queue to use equipment all the time.
5 /5 Hannah Bellfield: Sarah is a fantastic and knowledgeable PT with a brilliant rooftop gym. I have done both one on one and group sessions with her. She identified areas of weakness - such as my ankle flexibility - and helped me to strengthen and improve. Her group fitness sessions are always fun and I have loved training with her.
RedXGaming Friendly staff, but the gym is not worth £40! The gym has a funny smell every time you walk in, they open at 8am which is late for a gym (especially if you’d like to go before work), when a machine breaks it takes about 4-10 weeks to fix. I use this gym because it’s local to me but definitely not worth £40 should be £30 at best. The picture I included is when it will be back in action but it’s been out of action for 4 weeks already, At the time of posting this the machine has already been out of use for 5 weeks! Also they don’t normally have hand wash in the restrooms. However their personal trainer here Indie is great! Knows exactly what he’s talking about, He’s a great trainer and great guy!
Denise G Fantastic inclusive community centre that offers a range of events and activities for different age ranges and abilities. I attended a feast with us event at lunch time. The food was delicious and it was really nice to talk to people. There was a piano being played in the background to add to this wonderful experience. The event takes place monthly for lunch and dinner and I would strongly recommend.
Chance Ive been a member at UN1T for 4 months now, and it’s been the best decision. I tried several functional training gyms in the area before joining, and this one stood out. The structured phases and variety of classes keep things fresh, and the mix of strength and conditioning is spot on.
The gym is beautiful, the coaches are top-notch, and it feels like having personal trainers in a friendly, motivating environment. Highly recommend!
Daniel Gifford Just had our Poole gym shut down with 0 notice. Funny how it was shut on the 1st of the month when all Direct debits go out. The number they have supplied to speak to someone is not recognised. Absolute disgrace. My advice to anyone thinking of joining an Anytime fitness, DONT.
Gavin Convenient location, amazing staff, clean and sensible layout, and at a great price to boot. If youve ever walked past and thought about checking out this gym, then dont wait! And dont be afraid to ask for help, even from other gym goers. Were might look tough but were real softies inside.
Now if only the barbell metal clips were replaced every so often, then my weights would stop slipping off...
