Danielle Louise Best workout of my life! Love that it’s dark with red lights, music is loud, instructions are clear and there’s no judgement - it’s just you vs you. Intensely hard work cardio and weights. Instructors are awesome, super friendly but they push you, are motivating and encouraging even for first timers. Showers and changing room area is lovely - towels provided, Malin & Goetz toiletries, hairdryers and straighteners. I did a class then got ready to go out. Loved it!

Helen Hudson Really loved the trial class I did. Very slick operation from start to finish - the studio is really well designed, the facilities are clean and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Class itself was tough, which is good!

From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome, which isn’t always the case with gyms ! The classes are brilliant, as are the playlists! Tom, the founder has created a space with such a community feel and I always look forward to class. The classes are high quality - well structured with blocks of programming, run by engaging and enthusiastic coaches. I used the classes to help prepare me for my first Hyrox and found they were well targeted at the event.
