Tricia Cloud Amazing 2 hour class with Charlie, began with breathing and went into a flow that was a beautiful stretch and twist and finished up with a relaxing meditation. Charlie constantly checks alignment making sure that no body gets hurt and clients are getting the best experience, she reads the room and knows when to challenge and when to dial back always offering skill levels for those with more experience ensuring that this is both a comfortable and progressive class. A beautiful room, great music and the best instructor. I highly recommend attending

Michael Cowburn I have had such a bad experience with MyActive. They closed down our local centre in Leek. I had paid a year upfront and still had 6 months left when the closure happened. MyActive made no effort to contact me about a refund. I have made numerous phone calls and send lots of emails. Still no response. Avoid them and go somewhere else

robert weekes Rick is an exceptionally talented trainer who I have no hesitation in recommending. He is thoughtful and carefully plans his sessions and he is just great at tailoring them to your needs. He does not judge but instead encourages and motivates and that makes the sessions enjoyable and keeps you coming back for me. I feel that I have found a trainer who responds to what I need; that is rare.
