Bromley and Downham Youth Club - (Near Bromley, UK)

Hayley Ive been going to Empowered Gyms for about a year now and could not be happier with it! I have never enjoyed going to a gym before, but all the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful. Cannot recommend Chris and the team highly enough!

P T Great selection of shops and restaurants and coffee shops. The parking is big but usually quite busy.

Matthew Mead I’ve been treated by Christoph a number of times over the years. My work life is very physical, so inevitably, I pick up injuries every now and again. I have found Christoph to be exceptionally efficient at diagnosis and extremely knowledgeable and effective with treatment. Over the years, I’ve visited Christoph for problems of muscle imbalance around the hips and the shoulders, and I’m currently receiving treatment for a sprained wrist. Christoph always gets me on my feet again, and — importantly — is great at recommending exercises that allow the client to take control of their recovery and improve their physical health and fitness.

Emmanuel Siojo This is a decent gym. Lots of equipment to use like machines and free weights, treadmill, rowing and free weights platforms. A really good space to workout and pretty organised. The only probably criticism is the smell from a shower room. Looks like coming from the drain pipes. But apart from that it’s well recommended.

Joanne Bishenden I cant recommend F45 Bromley enough! The coaches are absolutely brilliant—motivating, knowledgeable, and always bring the energy. The atmosphere in the gym is so positive and supportive, it really keeps you coming back. The workouts are constantly varied, so there’s no chance of getting bored, and every session pushes you in the best way. At 45, I feel fitter and stronger than ever—and I even completed my first HYROX a few months ago, which I never thought I’d do. Huge thanks to the F45 Bromley team!!
