Georgie Feldman I joined this gym over two years ago, low on confidence and 0 expectations. I knew that I wanted to learn how to weight train but I struggled with flexibility, mobility and had a lot of mental blocks around exercise. Fast forward two years and BJ, Tom and Holly have been so key to my confidence and I’ve gone from not being able to lift a 15kg bar to heavy weights and complex gymnastic movements. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to enter the world of weight training / CrossFit or even Hyrox-type exercise in an inclusive, calm and specialised environment.

janine joseph Great working space, great facilities, close proximity to local transport, cafes and restaurants. As a new tenant, I am very happy with the environment. despite what another malicious ex-tenant has previously written, I cant recommend this place highly enough. I am very much hoping our business will be here for years to come. thanks to all of the Fieldworks team for creating such a great working space in the heart of East London.

Claudia Haidau I’ve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised I’ve never left a review even though I’m really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but it’s always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!

Helen Frost The Refinery is a really comfortable and relaxing space to be in, and I love Jennys yin yoga classes! I always leave feeling restored and connected to my body. Its become such an important part of my week! My only criticisms are that sometimes the room is cold, and you can occasionally hear loud music from the other studios, but I know thats a tricky one to avoid.
