Abdulrazaq Olalekan The gym has a neat, and comfortable environment. Their equipment are clean. They trainers are very patients with their users, if you are not getting the instructions correctly, they take time to let you get the patterns very well. Ill recommend the gym anytime any day.

Claudia Haidau I’ve been doing group swimming lessons at Kings Hall Leisure Centre for a while now, and I just realised I’ve never left a review even though I’m really happy with the service and staff! The pool might be a bit old and dated, but it’s always pretty clean, and everyone there is super friendly. My swimming teacher, Ileana, is honestly the best! I actually go there just because I enjoy her lessons so much. She makes every class fun and always mixes things up with diving, jumping, and different swimming styles to keep us excited. Thanks so much for giving me confidence in the water and for making learning to swim such a fun experience!

Huazhen The personal trainers here are super professional, friendly, and patient. I’ve trained with them for about a year before, and again for a few months recently. Over the past few years, I’ve tried several other gyms, but the PTs at The London Fit Club are truly the best. I mostly trained with Mike, and also for quite a while with Ilyas, every session with them was enjoyable and motivating. I’m someone who usually struggles to stay consistent with workouts, but training with Mike and Ilyas has helped me build a lasting habit. I now feel much more confident, healthier, and stronger. All sessions were thoughtfully planned and perfectly suited to my fitness level. I’ve done both 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 couple training, as well as a few boxing sessions, and they were all absolutely worth it. The equipment is high-quality and well-maintained, the gym is clean and well-ventilated, and it’s located in a quiet, safe residential area, even walking there in the evening feels comfortable. Highly recommend London Fit Club to anyone looking for excellent trainers and a supportive training environment!

Emily Grant Ive been a member of BALDR for just over a year, and I can confidently say its been the best experience with exercise Ive ever had. The gym is incredibly inclusive, welcoming people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. (Super LGBT friendly)! Ben and David have created a wonderful environment thats supportive, welcoming and fun. They regularly host events that bring the community together, making it feel like more than just a gym. The absolute highlight, though, is the coaching staff. Every coach is amazing—theyre knowledgeable, attentive, and fantastic at giving cues that have helped me improve and ‘master’ (get close to doing) movements I never thought I could do. I cant recommend this gym enough if youre looking for a place that truly cares about your progress and makes CrossFit and fitness in general a joy!

hugh janus Great athletics track, perfect for hosting events. There are lots of facilities including soft play, a gym, as well as an indoor track. The track is very well maintained and not crumbly like others, its six lanes instead of eight. Theres also a cafe but the price of one can of coke is like double compared to a corner shop.
