door lad Leo is an incredible gym and community space. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and care. The clients are friendly, happy and welcoming. Completely different to any gym I have ever seen before and they seem to have sessions for any range of ability. Would 100% recommend

Ray Wilson Friendly staff and quiet pool. 4 pounds for an espresso afterwards pretty steep. Clean bar. Not too busy. Jacuzzi still not switched on sfter Covid despite them being open in other poola. Have some noodles handy for a friend to practice swimming. Free use of towels

Maidenhead is a market town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead , this is a great place and it is still growing with new buildings going up , good place to live in , with lots of shops and restaurants and bars , and walks , would be back here again :)

Dan Hayward I have been attending Fit20 Twyford for around 18 months now. I love the fact that its not your usual gym, full of people and hot! The space is cool, clean and quiet, often just me, one other person I train with, and our Personal Trainer. The physical difference that had been made over that time, and the weights Im now using are incredible. I can easily see a difference in my arms and legs, both being more toned and I feel much stronger than I did before. Its incredible how much difference 20 minutes of training a week can make, when done following the Fit20 method. Other "normal" gyms would take far too much of my time, which I dont have. This fits with me, my availability and WORKS.
