Total Pilates and especially the Reformer experience that Jodi has, can really help, with posture and helping build core strength, these classes are a great way to help and slow that body ageing process. Thoroughly recommend and fun too.

I moved back to London and I left Gain Line CrossFit about 3 months ago, and it’s taken me a while to sit down and write this because the place meant so much to me. I trained there for 2 years, and it was truly my happy place. The coaching is excellent, with a real focus on technique and progression. A special mention goes to Danny, who is an amazing coach and taught me so much over the years. His guidance, patience, and encouragement made such a difference in my fitness journey. Danny and the whole team have built an amazing community around the box. I’ll really miss everyone, but hope to drop in whenever I can.

Rosie Fieldhouse I have been practicing yoga for well over a decade, however I wanted to challenge myself and try pilates. As a pilates-newby, I was nervous at first, but Katherine instantly put me at ease and made it really fun and tailored to me. Each session is unique, and Katherine motivates me to push through so I feel and see the results. I highly recommend her!
