Loraine G I joined for the boxing classes and really enjoy boxing with the instructors Babs & BK. They’ll ensure your technique is correct and that you are working hard! I’ve discovered Reformer Pilates too and these are wonderful classes to stretch and further improve my fitness and strength. I’d highly recommend Refresh Health to anyone from beginner to advanced level.

Elizabeth Went swimming in the training pool. The pool was cold and wasnt that big. But the kids had fun anyway. Family Changing room units are not big. Clean and tidy. There are hairdryers available. The soft play room is fantastic.quiet big and on 3 levels. Best one Ive seen in the club so far.
