Margaret Tomlin Great place to train with a fabulous and supportive atmosphere. All of the clients are working with a personal trainer so none of the normal groups of people posing in your way. Other trainers and clients are supportive with a great range of styles amongst the trainers. The only gym I have stuck with.

Lee Midwinter I joined 2 weeks ago and have been very impressed. Its perfect for a lunchtime as the 20 min sessions fit in really well. I prefer it to a normal gym as each session is different so doesnt become repetitive. I feel like I have done a workout when finished! Its a nice friendly atmosphere. No one is judging, it is very supportive. I would definitely recommend it!

When I started I was skinny and not athletic at all. Now I’ve bulked up, I’m eating right, and this year I just got my first toes-to-bar, 100kg back squat, climbing a rope with no legs, and 135kg deadlift. I also have the confidence and ability to take on more hobbies, like BJJ, running, and bouldering. Honestly, life changing.
