The coaching team is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Theyâve helped me improve my technique, build strength, and stay consistent in ways I never managed on my own before. As for results, well, my photos speak for themselves. When I started I was skinny and not athletic at all. Now Iâve bulked up, Iâm eating right, and this year I just got my first toes-to-bar, 100kg back squat, climbing a rope with no legs, and 135kg deadlift. I also have the confidence and ability to take on more hobbies, like BJJ, running, and bouldering. Honestly, life changing.
