Kat puts a lot of effort into designing her programs and switching them up to keep us on our toes (literally!). She runs small class sizes, of all abilities, ages and shapes and sizes (yes, thats me) and has the great knack of creating a welcoming, friendly and fun environment

5 /5 Vanessa Allen: I have been doing Exercise Classes for Older Adults with Kat for about 7 years. More recently I also started her thursday Pilates Class. Both classes are online during the Covid pandemic and are still as much fun and benefit. Kat is very kind, very personable, very knowledgeable, very patient and very passionate about her classes. These are small so that she can cater for individual needs. They are also friendly and inspiring. I have nothing but praise. I really look forward to the classes. I am Kat’s mum and have done exercise classes and sport for many years with a range of good and likeable instructors. Kat now comes right up the top of my list

5 /5 Sue Byron: Pilates with Kat I joined an evening class with Kat over six years ago and am still going strong, in fact I now do two classes each week. I have never stuck at anything this long before. I no longer have to spend vast amounts of money on massage treatments for my neck and back and I’m pretty certain I’ve avoided further surgery for other issues. Kat is an amazing teacher. A skilled, experienced and knowledgeable practitioner, she offers support, encouragement and challenge at just the right level for everyone. She is warm, engaging and sensitive to need. Classes are small and Kat will always check in with everyone and modify moves and stretches as necessary. I have always felt confident and safe in her lessons and have made good progress over the years. Kat is a lovely, kind person and her classes are as much about friendship, laughter and emotional support as they are about exercise. I look forward to seeing everyone each week and always finish a class having worked hard and feeling positive.

5 /5 Jacqui S: Kat has been an ongoing support and motivator throughout both my pregnancy and the post-natal period. Kats pilates and buggy fit classes are tailored, fun and effective. Kat herself is incredibly warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The classes have been a real pick me up, just when I needed them, and I always feel stronger in both mind and body after my sessions with Kat.
