When I first came to Georgia, I was at a point of my life where I felt disconnected from my body. I hadn’t been physically active for quite some time, and I was struggling with low confidence, especially as I begun experiencing the early stages of peri menopause. I saw Georgia’s ad on Facebook and decided to take a leap and book private sessions - initially with the goal of losing weight and finding someone who could motivate and support me.
From our first session, Georgia made me feel seen and understood. She didn’t just focus on the physical aspect- she took the time to understand my emotional state, my insecurities, and the deeper reasons behind my goals. Her approach is incredibly thorough and intuitive. She tailored exercises to meet me where I was, helping me gradually rebuilt not just my strength, but also my confidence.
Georgia is more than just a fitness coach -she is a true support system. Her coaching style is compassionate, empowering, and grounded in real care for her client’s overall well being. Thanks to her, I’ve started to feel stronger physically, but more importantly, I’ve experienced a huge shift mentally and emotionally.
