marie mccabe I had a gift voucher from my husband for Jule. I have arthritis and informed Julie on the phone, that the massage was to be gentle. I had Anna, she was absolutely fabulous. We didnt talk much, which I like and I have to say, it was one of the best massages I have had. When it was over, Anna offered me a glass of water, which you really need after an hour and twenty five minutes and was much appreciated. The salon is spotless and the staff were lovely. Hope I get another gift voucher from my hubby, and Id book Anna again.

Ese Emefe Hair Should have taken 2 hours, took 5. Hairdressers got hair wrong. Left for an hour to work on someone elses hair. I told them Id pay a discounted price. Then they started from beginning and did it in an hour and half. When I tried to pay discussed discounted price (£20 less) hairdressers locked doors, grabbed me and pulled me into the store, leaving me with scratches. I had to call the police and file a legal complaint against business Since talking to others Ive found that this is her second time manhandling a customer

Sophia Self Claire was brilliant! I felt so well looked after in her care as her room had a lovely soothing atmosphere and she really did her best to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the treatment. I have never had a scalp massage before and it was amazing, I will definitely be back for another, and she even gave the dry ends of my hair an oil! I also had a great facial treatment and my skin still feels buttery soft a week later!

Sharanya Sood My go to for all things nails and beauty! Lisa is a magician and painted nails that I had shown her on instagram with the exact (I think even better) nail art than what I showed her!!! Recently have also had an amazing experience with Rina who comes from the Loughton branch I believe - did facial and soak off + manicure and oh my God I cannot stop praising her. Her technique, attention to detail and skill is simply incredible. She is very warm and treated me like her own and that really adds the cherry to the cake in quality of service. The best facial I’ve had till now!

Roseanne Bradley Gorgeous local nail salon at Blackheath Royal Standard. I’ve been a regular since it opened and it’s much more comfortable and professional a salon than others nearby in Greenwich and Woolwich. The girls are great and so attentive, always asking if you want a drink or a coffee. I continue to come back due to their positive attitudes, kindness and great service of course!
