1 /5 Steph: I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability I’ve experienced after politely requesting a refund due to my nails being smudged.
Both the stylist and I tested the nails before I left to ensure they were dry, and I was under the dryer for an extended period. Despite this, the nail polish is already peeling. This is unacceptable.
I have emailed you regarding this issue and have received no proper response. I have been a loyal customer with no previous problems until now.
I am fully aware that nails can smudge, but they should not have after being under the dryer for so long. That is why I requested a refund, yet the conversation keeps being deflected to your receptionist. This is disrespectful and ignorant.
Regarding your receptionist: please review your CCTV footage. You will see that I approached the desk before leaving. Your receptionist said nothing and did not even acknowledge me. Only Fatima said goodbye. Her behavior was unprofessional and, frankly, intimidating.
Your front-of-house staff’s behavior is visible to all customers and reflects poorly on your business.
Shame on you for handling this matter so poorly.
