1 /5 Monika Brindza: I had a very disappointing experience with Alina. I booked a wax appointment and she cancelled just 30 minutes before my scheduled time—while I was already on my way. This is extremely unprofessional and shows very poor business management. What makes it worse is that I had confirmed with her the night before, and she assured me she would see me. I’ve been growing my hair for over 10 days specifically for this appointment and I’m travelling tonight, which now leaves me with very limited options. She then offered to reschedule me for 7pm in the evening instead, but by that point, I could have easily booked elsewhere had she let me know earlier. I usually don’t write bad reviews, especially as I am a beautician myself and understand the challenges of this work — but this is unacceptable. Clients plan their schedules around these appointments, and last-minute cancellations like this are simply unprofessional. If you want your wax done reliably, I recommend booking elsewhere.

1 /5 Bushra Khanum: Waited 30mins to be seen when I had booked an appointment. The staff did not care nor were helpful. They seemed to be annoyed when I asked how much longer the wait would be. Wouldnt recommend as although the wax itself was great and the therapist was lovely, the unprofessionalism would not make me return.

5 /5 Paula Bulai: Im usually left with bruises all over when I get waxing done, its actually the first time I experienced not having bruises, very happy with the service. She was very quick and reassuring, explained me all the process and overall gave me the best and less painful experience ever. Super pleased with the end result. Ill be coming back for sure, thank you very much!

2 /5 Jada Badu: Alina does know how to do lashes, and she does them well. However, this is all no good if you cannot keep appointments, leave customers waiting outside a closed shop for ages, canccelnbridal appointments and generally have bad manners. This has been my experience with Alina. I used to commute an hour to get my lashes done because she was so good buy after waiting outside the shop and no answer when I call, I gave up. That was a while ago but I feel so strongly about it I feel thr need to still warn others. She will do a fantastic job on your lashes, IF you can pin her down!
