5 /5 Saffron Hocking: I have been coming to these wonderful ladies for almost a year now. Each and every one of them are complete professionals and always do an amazing job for my mum and I. They always so friendly and accommodating and know exactly what I like. I can never go anywhere else to get my Shellac! My pedicure shellac is done to perfection and my when they do shellac for my hands it lasts for such a long time. Best nail salon in London!

3 /5 TeeByNature: Got lashes here about 3 times. Not my cup of tea the way they do lashes. I think they need to be cultured in terms of doing lashes for different eye shapes etc. The lady that done my lashes was friendly and talkative. however the last time I went my lashes fell out the very next day. She was very defensive and made excuses. She did do my Lashes again complimentary but as I was about to leave I heard the staff talking and looking at me in a disrespectful manner. They were speaking in their own language so it was highly unprofessional. To better their business I recommend them to work on customer service. It is also very noisy in the shop children constantly banging and people laughing. Its not a relaxing environment and definitely not welcoming.

4 /5 Maria João Alexandre: Big shout out to Paula and Monika. They were eager to listen to the customer. After a problem with my waxing, the assistant manager Paula was very attentive and offered me a refund. But first she tried to understand what had gone wrong, which I thought was very clever. She didnt rest until find a way to make me happy. I do recommend this beauty salon- I will be back to get a manicure with Monika, thats for sure. Maria

5 /5 Giulia Ineichen: Dedicated, talented, polite and qualified staff for all of your beauty needs! I’ve been getting my nails done here regularly for a little over a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately it’s not as conveniently located for me since I’ve moved but it’s worth the trip every time! Thank you Magda and team.

1 /5 Une Keraite: Had my acrylic removal here. The technician made me dip my nails in acetone for so long that my skin got overly dry and is now peeling. I had to constantly keep hand cream on my fingers thats how much they dried out! In addition to her being stressed that my acrylic was not coming off I was also not able to pay by card. £20 is not worth it.
