3 /5 Jennifer Barry: Myself and my daughter had the harmony treatments. The massage was excellent from both therapists, but when it was over it was over. No glass of water offered to myself ( which is essential after a massage) . Also felt the room and toilet could have been cleaner.. A little disappointed considering the price and the receptionist could have been a little more inviting as she wasn’t very friendly.

2 /5 Alexandra Z: Jule at Grand Canal closed a while back and I never received an email about it Edit: Thank you for your response - as a privacy professional, it is perfectly fine to send emails if the purpose is to announce the permanent closing of the salon as this pertains to the service provided. The email authorization goes mostly for marketing emails, not service emails. Kind regards!

1 /5 Lisa Hanratty: Booked a birthday day treat as I have had a horrible few months and needed a bit of self care had a whole day out planned. I booked my birthday treat and brought my mam along all the way from Cavan. Pamper day etc. But unfortunately it was absolutely ruined they booked me in on a completely different day. Fair enough mistakes happen but just got a sorry heres a refund no even attempt to rectify the situation or try book me in to another salon I left the salon in tears. Birthday ruined . Only for the lovely swords staff to step in and save the day after I rang them in tears and squeeze me in .So avoid Malahide branch and go to swords they care about their customers.

5 /5 marie mccabe: I had a gift voucher from my husband for Jule. I have arthritis and informed Julie on the phone, that the massage was to be gentle. I had Anna, she was absolutely fabulous. We didnt talk much, which I like and I have to say, it was one of the best massages I have had. When it was over, Anna offered me a glass of water, which you really need after an hour and twenty five minutes and was much appreciated. The salon is spotless and the staff were lovely. Hope I get another gift voucher from my hubby, and Id book Anna again.
