Sel is really thorough and ensures every hair is removed in the area she’s treating. It was a straight route in reaching Hackney Wick and had no trouble finding the place. Plus Sel is waiting for you at the main door like a sweetheart.

Tyra Ameyaw The absolute best salon experience. Nellie, Jo and Jacqueline were amazing with dealing with my hair (that I find quite difficult to deal with)! Jo sat down and gave me a consultation, truly showing genuine care for my hair. I can’t believe service like this exists in London, where the work isn’t just being done for profit, but with a genuine sense of care and passion for every customer. Nellie was so amazing with my hair, I had come in with my hair unwashed and was worried that it wouldn’t be washed properly. Nellie cleansed my hair so throughly and gently, and did it better than any time I’d ever washed my own hair. She was the most lovely soul and so attentive to my needs, offering me food or drink. During and after the service, they suggested products for me to use going forward and basically drew up a plan to help me grow my hair. You can tell that these are professionals, who can deal with any type of hair texture or type, and know their craft to a scientific level. I’m so happy to have found Jo Johnson salon & will be a regular!

Iulia’s pedicure is super professional, followed by great foot massage. I’ve been a regular client in Qubea since 2023, the service is always great, the stuff is friendly and welcoming. So happy I once discovered it and can now do all the treatments in one place!

Nicky C I’m a little late writing this review as I got my spray tan in October but life has been busy but yet I’ve not forgotten! My spray tan looked amazing and I had many compliments at the wedding. I enjoyed my experience, the lady was fantastic, chatty, friendly and professional! She made me at complete ease!!! I’m now going to try other treatments out with her, starting with my nails! Give this wonderful lady and her amazing business a try cause you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be coming back now and I’ll be making myself a regular x
