1 /5 J L: Worst Experience & Costumer Service - demands everything in cash and tries to pressure you to pay in cash without a skin patch test or proper consultation (has not seen me) - clearly very dodgy and avoiding declaring earnings.

5 /5 Daria Rodionova: Zahra is absolutely the best. Her skills are the most professional with no doubt. She has very special attitude to each client, personalising the style of lashes that will look good on specific eye shape, matching persons appearance . Experience with Zahra is always very pleasant, I was never happy with my lashes that much, she is my number one.

I first visited Kensington lashes over one year ago for a classic full set, upon my visit I was greeted warmly and made to feel relaxed and comfortable. A full consultation was then carried out by Zahra which was very professional and honest. After having my natural lashes ruined by many companies who claimed to be experts, it was hard for me to trust having my lashes done again. I am now a regular customer of Kensington lashes and would like to thank Zahra for her expertise and genuine care for my lashes, she is very passionate and clearly loves her job! I recently wanted a more glamorous look for a special event but still wanted them to look natural so I was advised to try the Russian Varia and guess what I love them!!
