1 /5 Mina Ali: Extremely unreliable and has moved their location of business many times before. Thinking their customers will follow them if they keep hopping locations to locations. Not everyone will follow you wherever you move too,and this isnt even the right address to begin with. Regardless if its right or not it should of been updated and stated it wont operate in canary wharf but else where clearly. Anyways definitely wouldnt recommend this company. A notice should be given to customers before such a big move instead of expecting customers to follow you and pop up to you. Very rude customer service from the woman in charge when spoken to time time ago making it uncomfortable for me. Money gone down the drain because of this woman.

1 /5 Mariun Butt: I went to have my eyelash extentions (clusters) done , the Girl took me in did not have a clue on what she was doing , she put glue in my eye and poked me with the tweezers and kept huffing and puffing, it came to a point where i couldnt open my eyes , she went to get her Manager (Naga) the owner of the salon and she came over delt with the situation professionally , she took the lashes off and started again, the lady told me to look in the mirror and i told that they were unleveled and didnt look the same and her answer "im going to do it one more time and well call it a day" i was eager to leave the salon at that point but i didnt because i would want to disrespect her. She told me to close my eyes again and put a few more in and kept touching it up with glue to cover the gaps in that she left and made the lashes to thick and clumpy.when it came to opening my eyes i was petrified and disgusted on the way it looked and it took them 1 hour and 30 mins to do the treatment, i was going to get waxing done after having my lashes done and also book for laser but i was so put off and Annoyed. This wasnt the first time me getting my eyelashes done , it was the first and last time me getting it done at Ultra figure. Im really dissapointed with this expierience!
