Sutapa B Newly opened in Brick Lane and we really needed one! Staff were so welcoming and the place was clean, including the toilet. Service was great. They also offer other beauty treatments. However this place has 3 different names which is very confusing!! Other names are OPV Beauty and Ballaz Nails. Only feedback will be to display one name.

Nicola D I had a great experience at this salon today. The beautician was friendly and personable, but most importantly, great at what she does! The wax was definitely the best experience I’ve had, almost painless. I was made to feel super comfortable from the start and Latoya quite helpfully varied my treatments to ensure I had what I needed. She also accommodated a last minute appointment with no issues, 10/10 - I’d certainly and highly recommend.

Pınar Ozevlat me and my friends went here, and honestly I felt like the woman was rushing so she doesnt miss any other customers. My nails feel loose already and its been 2 days. My friend had the man do her nails - and may I say... he was terrible. it took him 2 hours and the lady done 2 of us in the space of 45 mins. they just look bad and they dont listen to your instructions.

They use Lycon Wax, which is truly top quality and surprisingly pain-free. I was shocked at how comfortable the entire process was — to the point where I was actually able to have a full-fledged conversation with my technician while getting it done. That has never happened to me before, so that alone says everything. The technique they use is amazing, and it’s very clear that the technicians are highly experienced and know exactly what they’re doing. The wax was quick, thorough, and left me incredibly smooth with minimal discomfort. This was hands down the most comfortable and efficient Brazilian wax I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence or have had painful waxing experiences in the past, trust me when I say Silk and Honey is on another level. I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend! ✨

Liza Armstrong Went for a consultation today and was made to feel very relaxed. The consultant Connie, was super knowledgeable and definitely knew her stuff. Was interested in HIFU and was given so much information about it. Also about other treatments I was interested in. Would definitely recommend this clinic, very professional.

I was offered a comforting drink upon arrival, and throughout the treatment, the lady made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future!
