5 /5 Sutapa B: Newly opened in Brick Lane and we really needed one! Staff were so welcoming and the place was clean, including the toilet. Service was great. They also offer other beauty treatments. However this place has 3 different names which is very confusing!! Other names are OPV Beauty and Ballaz Nails. Only feedback will be to display one name.

5 /5 Sophia Eames: the service was amazing and the techs were super sweet guys, and they were also super fast but detailed with their work. it was my first time coming here and i was not disappointed! my nails turned out soooo cute. will be coming back on a side note, the salon also does hair styling, braids and wig services which was really cool. the ladies were so nice to talk to!

5 /5 Fatema: I went for a manicure and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly, offered us drinks, and kept a nice conversation going throughout. My nails look so clean.definitely recommend it!!

1 /5 bastien lacheny: Pretty much a scam. My partner went there to get manicure and pedicure and asked for the price before. They just answered “don’t worry about it” and in a way to say it was cheap. No price list either but she thought “how expensive can it be, we’re in brick lane and they have no other customers”. They charged her £83 which is laughable as it’s more expensive than a high end boutique salon anywhere else in the city. Don’t fall for it

4 /5 viola marino: Even though I hadnt booked, the nail tech started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. He was very patient while I was looking for the exact designs that I wanted. I appreciated that he validated my and his opinions about the work: for ex, he redid one of my nail designs without me even asking for it, because he felt like he could do it better. Despite the language barrier, some reference photos were enough to make the concepts clear (He speaks little English). The result is not perfect, but it is very good considering the price (£70) and the effort put into it. The kindness of the nail tech made me feel at ease during the session, which lasted even less than I expected. Good customer service, good results, nice environment. I recommend it Update: I got my nails done yesterday and my right pinky got two bubbles this morning. Idk why ?(Look at the 4th pic) Update number 2: the bubbles were due to an incorrect application of the transparent layer on the nail which caused lifting and therefore some air (and water when I washed my hands) got under that layer. After googling it and finding out that it can cause infection within a few days, I went to the technician who redid the design and replaced the transparent layer for free
