1 /5 Musharraf Ashraf: Two weeks ago, I had a keratin treatment here after clearly explaining my hair type and concerns. The procedure was completely different from proper keratin treatments I’ve had elsewhere. It severely damaged my hair ,especially a large section at the front and the back of my head. My hair became stiff, waxy, and brittle. I was devastated. When I complained, the manager constantly talked over me and didn’t listen. She eventually offered an Olaplex treatment, which I accepted just to try to fix the damage but it made no difference. I messaged her repeatedly out of worry, and after days of chasing, she finally connected me to the owner. Their only offer was two conditioning treatments no refund, no meaningful help. I’ve always had thick, healthy hair and never experienced hair fall after treatments until this. This salon ruined my hair and left me depressed and anxious. Please do your research before trusting them.

1 /5 ishani aziz: I know this lady meant well (she was clearly new), but it was a disaster from start to finish. I had booked a bikini wax, but some combination of lack of English and communication landed us in a bad way. First of all she was annoyed with me for booking a 6:45pm appointment, but I had booked through Treatwell so I felt bad already! Things went from bad to worse when she couldnt figure out how to heat the wax machine so the wax wasnt hot enough. Needless to say my skin was really irritated and bleeding in some places. She started on the front instead of the sides so the "bikini" became a full wax. When I pointed out the mistake she said she would try to complete it. I gave up halfway through because it hurt so much! She also tried to use scissors to cut the cold wax off! Just horrible :( I had pre-paid my appointment but was left very disappointed. She told me "Please dont tell my boss" but I do feel like people should know this! I really liked my first appointment which I think was with the owner!
