B V I am genuinely impressed by the positive atmosphere at this gym. Its welcoming, energetic, and incredibly well run. Everything you need is under one roof and I now attend four times a week because it’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever joined. The environment is very clean, with staff (even trainers!) regularly cleaning equipment. The team are always friendly, helpful, and clearly committed to helping members reach their goals. It’s great to see PTs active on the floor, whether running classes, training clients, or working out themselves, there’s always someone nearby if you need support. Overall, it’s a safe, inclusive, and motivating space with a strong team that works seamlessly together. Highly recommend!

cameron fariba I started CrossFit in January to get in shape for a wedding, since then I haven’t looked back and am fully addicted to it. This gym is great it has Great equipment and great coaches who all want to help you get better and push you to in every wod. I have to travel 4 times a week from Woking and even if there was a CrossFit gym opened in Woking I still drive to this gym.

Susanne Nelson-Wehrmeyer Wonderful teachers and great and personal classes to suit everyone. Reformer Pilates is an individual (5 people max per class) and great activity which has helped improve my core strength, mobility and flexibility and is integral to my weekly routine. Exercises can be tailored depending on your individual issues and the teachers are knowledgeable, experienced and lovely to work with. I started as a complete beginner 3 years ago and hope to keep going for as long as I can.

Charlene Butcher My son absolutely loves his martial arts classes. He’s been going for over 18 months and we never thought he would stick at it but he runs to every class. He has improved in confidence as well as learning the techniques and philosophies etc, and is more confident in general now too. He loves Mr Grant, Harry, Ethan and all the “teachers” as he calls them. He is looking forward to his next grading!
