Guildford Pilates Place - (Near Hampshire, UK)

Hannah Baker Ive had many positive and empowering sessions with Loni all through lockdown (via Zoom) and later, also in the beautiful barn. Despite being very much a beginner (at the start anyway!)I was never made to feel that way and was only ever encouraged and supported; this was important to me and a reason Id not started yoga sooner. I would definitely recommend Sequoia to my friends, newbies like myself or more experienced as all abilities are covered. Feb 24 update: I visited the new Sequoia studio and what a gorgeous space Loni has created! Calm, tranquil and with fun workshops (like the Wing Chun one I did!) available as well as a yoga theres something for everyone, cant wait to come back and wish it was closer to me!

Alanna Henderson Rob has been my personal trainer for several years, both in-person (home and in the local park) and online. What do I most appreciate about Rob and his approach to personal training? His ability to bring a broad and deep knowledge of exercise, nutrition, physiognomy, and adapt, tailor and evolve this to my workout programme, and to me as an individual. He brings a personable and calm style, with a good sense of humour. His encouraging and ‘can-do’ mindset that motivates me, especially on those days when I’d prefer a little longer in bed rather than an early morning workout. The organised, no-fuss approach to the admin/payment side of things. I would thoroughly recommend Rob as a personal trainer, who has helped me reach levels of fitness and wellbeing that I wouldn’t have thought possible.

Vic West Loved evening lane swimming here in summer and now love that its open all year round. The water is heated, although still cold, but perfect for wetsuit swimming if youre into open water swimming - many people brave it without wetsuits fine tho! Its nice and quiet over winter so you get a lane to yourself, unlike packed indoor pools. The pool is now considerably clearer than summer too and the hot showers and clean changing rooms help with it getting colder into winter. Thank you Lido team who are keeping it open and clean, looking forward to the new additional facilities being added soon!

Valentina Ene Love this place! I have recently moved in town and discovered this salon, so far I have been coming for a few times and I have nothing bad to say. My nails look perfect each time I come, everyone is calm and friendly, I will definitely come back! ☺️ Many thanks for todays nails as I absolutely love them.
