His ability to bring a broad and deep knowledge of exercise, nutrition, physiognomy, and adapt, tailor and evolve this to my workout programme, and to me as an individual.
He brings a personable and calm style, with a good sense of humour.
His encouraging and ‘can-do’ mindset that motivates me, especially on those days when I’d prefer a little longer in bed rather than an early morning workout.
