Sue Ellen I just wanted to share how much I appreciate CrossFit Bletchley gym. The coaching is truly amazing - always clear, motivating, and supportive. The workouts are diverse and consistently challenging, which keeps things fun and helps me push my limits. Samir and the team of coaches have been amazing and encouraging since day 1. Not only have my daughters learned self-defence, they have gained much more... - it boosted their self-confidence and resilience, - their mental focus under stress when placed with challenging sparring partners, -show respect to others, no matter the age, gender, height, or strength differences. -and worked on their self-discipline which I see them apply in real-life situations. David McMillan Great gym. All the equipment you would need. Location is perfect with local amenities and plenty of parking. Staff are really friendly and attentive, particularly Tommy and one of the PTs, Kelvin. The gym has a friendly atmosphere with lots of the members knowing each other by name, though the friendly faces are always happy to help out newcomers.

helena rowley Ive had a fantastic experience at Tru Pilates. The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are highly skilled and dedicated, making every session so rewarding. Im currently studying the Classical Comprehensive Pilates system with Pi and TRU, and I wholeheartedly recommend this course. The teachers are excellent at deepening our understanding of Joseph Pilates original work. Residents of Amersham are incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding classical studio right on their doorstep. Thank you Tru x
