All levels of boxing catered for with classes for fitness or 121s with professional coaches.
They also have classes on every hour open to the public which is very convenient to fit into your working day.

The owner was rude, aggressive and attempted to intimidate me. The instructor was not directly teaching and when i approached the owner of his conduct he became verbally aggressive. I asked whether it was due to me being a woman and a black woman. Please do not come here, highly inappropriate. I’m so shocked he is a coach or has a boxing license

5 /5 Nathanroot: Have been coming here for over a year, so convenient with the timings they offer (a session every hour) and amazing value for money. They couldnt be more friendly and welcoming and always train with in the customers skill. I feel fit and strong and have learned alot. Recommend highly !

Andrei Moroșan The staff is friendly and the gym is quite clean. All good if you are looking for a comercial gym. Honestly, not impressed by the equipment (mostly Matrix machines – it could definitely be better). The locker policy was really off-putting since you have to buy a lock just to secure it. The bathrooms are filthy!
£12 for a day pass feels way too expensive for what you get.
Sandra Weal Miranda is a highly experienced Pilates teacher. Every class is tailored to your ability with the goal of increasing your body strength . I really enjoy going to Miranda’s class and she has helped me so much learn more about my body and what I’m capable of doing . My body shape has changed and I have more upper body and core strength . I would highly recommend anyone thinking of trying Pilates going to one of her clssses in her wonderful garden studio
Carly Tompkins I am a complete beginner when it comes to exercise so I was a little nervous but Andy was very welcoming and explained everything when I arrived. The group are very friendly and supportive. I will definitely be returning.
