I really enjoy going to Miranda’s class and she has helped me so much learn more about my body and what I’m capable of doing . My body shape has changed and I have more upper body and core strength . I would highly recommend anyone thinking of trying Pilates going to one of her clssses in her wonderful garden studio

Her enthusiasm and knowledge with helping you understand how Pilates works for your body is really motivating and at the same time she is friendly but also very professional. Her studio is a lovely place to work out and she tailors the sessions to my capabilities but also encourages you to challenge yourself further, would highly recommend her for beginners and more advanced alike.

5 /5 Tanya Palmer: Great instructor, relaxing environment and surprising intense exercise, with each slight movement gently targeting all those hard to reach muscles, without any grunt work. I always leave the studio feeling relaxed and a few inches leaner with a smile on my face. I choose 121s with Miranda because she’s an expert and I can see the results. I strength train so can bulk up, but with Pilates I’m leaner looking; my arms, thighs and stomach muscles are tightening and lengthening. Plus Miranda’s a joy to work out with. Pilates with Miranda is equally perfect for beginners and for advanced excercisers who want a new challenge.

5 /5 Katie Avery: Miranda is an amazing pilates instructor with extensive experience. She is great at structuring and tailoring each session to you and your ability. She is very skilled in the way she teaches & I couldnt recommend her enough. She has been helping me recover from surgery and focuses much of our 1-1 sessions around that. Thank you Miranda!
