As it was my first time, she was kind enough to explain each step of the process and check with me before she continued to the next step. I love the end result. I get BIAB with gel polish every time, and my nails have never been stronger, and they grow so quickly now. Tracey is very professional and friendly, and the salon is always very clean. I recommend Naye and Co to everyone who asks me! I moved away at the beginning of this year, but I still go to Naye and Co (40 minutes away) every 3 weeks because Tracey is the only person I trust with my nails!

I had a reference and they really worked to get the closest match to it. She ensured I was happy with the length of the nails, colour and shade of chrome. She did everything with great care and to perfection. No hesitation to give a 5/5.
