5 /5 Caroline Walter: The moment I walked into the salon I was made to feel like family! The customer service is outstanding, I was immediately offered coffee and biscuits and both Jeni and Candy are so lovely. I didn’t see the back of the salon before, but when I got my hair washed and scalp massage to prepare for my haircut, there was a massage chair available for pedicures (I’ll definitely be signing up for a pedicure next, it looked so relaxing!). It’s a really tranquil atmosphere and the haircut was exactly what I wanted! Would definitely recommend! I paid via PayPal, but I had an issue with the system and accidentally sent the wrong money. PayPal didn’t refund me straight away and Candi was so lovely and helped me with PayPal, and even checked in the next day to ask if I had received my refund and offered to call PayPal on my behalf to sort it out of need be. Everything was fine with PayPal in the end, but I really appreciated Candy’s help- they really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience :)
