1 /5 Sarah Ipad: I was denied service at this place twice by the same person, two days in a row!
I’ve been going there for over a year and this never happened before, the first day she said it’s because I didn’t have an appointment (I never booked an appointment before I always just walk in and no one ever said anything about booking) and she was literally finishing up with a client and the client left and she didn’t have anyone in! She claimed that she has an appointment at 4 (it was almost 5!) she said to come back 5:30 as they close at 6, I took a break from work to go so I couldn’t take another break and couldn’t come back on the same day
I came the next day at exactly 5:40 she was also finishing up a client and said sorry this was my last client, I said but you said yesterday you’re open till 6! She said “yeah but I have to clean, I told you to come yesterday but you didn’t” I explained the work situation but she didn’t care!
Disgraceful! Absolutely rude I never got treated like that at primark before!
I want a refund on my £60 subscription please so that I don’t ever need to go back there ..
