Heather Eustice Climbed Pen-y-Fan and completed the Horseshoe Ridge in the Brecon Beacons .. it was an amazing experience and Ben looked after us all very well. His knowledge of the area was excellent, which was vital as visibility wasn’t the best, but he made sure we safe at all times. We will definitely be joining Ben on more adventures in the future !

Liz Barnett I was recommended to Jon by my Consultant following treatment for a running injury - tendonitis in my foot. Jon is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Jon starts with the client, seeking to understand your goals, exercise preferences and build upon your strengths. He was able to take a holistic view of my fitness, suggested exercises and bespoke training regimes that were achievable, motivating and fitted in with my work schedule. He listens. After introducing new exercises he would send me a video, and email a plan which was incredibly helpful. He was constantly accessible and genuinely interested in providing the best possible service to his clients. Thank you Jon!

AV CLEANS Had a free membership trial and ended up joining. Rebecca was amazing and walked me through the whole process, even though she was about to go on annual leave. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience really easy. Great club with excellent facilities. Worth joining the Oxford club as you can still get access to Bicester due to them being in the same tier. Rebecca and Jake are a real credit to the team.

finley lee Brennans Gym is hands down the best boxing gym (and gym overall) in Oxfordshire. The classes are excellent, the equipment is top quality, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Whether you’re here for boxing, a normal gym session, or circuits, it’s the perfect place to train. The gym is perfect and always quiet but when the boxing/fitness sessions get started there is a friendly energetic buzz to the place. Couldn’t recommend it more! You must go and sign up.

Hannah Nicholls Joshs meals have been revolutionary. Having a busy job, juggling long hours and knowing there are fresh (and absolutely delicious) meals ready within minutes when I get home, is heaven. The choice of meals each week is fantastic, the options for Lite meals and lower calorie are brilliant too. I couldnt be happier! Thanks Josh!
