Having a busy job, juggling long hours and knowing there are fresh (and absolutely delicious) meals ready within minutes when I get home, is heaven. The choice of meals each week is fantastic, the options for Lite meals and lower calorie are brilliant too. I couldnt be happier! Thanks Josh!

5 /5 Sophie May-Coates: I’ve been receiving Packed meals for a few months now and quite honestly, I don’t think I could live without them! I usually order 5 meals each week - they are always so delicious and it’s a godsend to be able to have the convenience of healthy, prepared meals to heat up on busy days where cooking from scratch isn’t always possible. I love the variety of dishes on offer and they are always a great hit with my two children. Josh delivers the meals to the doorstep twice each week - if we don’t eat them within a couple of days, we freeze them. Simple! Highly recommended 10/10.

5 /5 Chloe Pannell: I nervously signed up to PT sessions with Josh in Winter 21 and he has really helped boost my confidence in exercising and shown that with his help and expert guidance it is not too late to improve my general health and fitness. Each session has been tailored to my abilities and honest and helpful feedback is always provided and appreciated. Josh also cooks a selection of delicious meals which are perfect for being back to work in the office. I am always the envy of my colleagues when I pull one out for lunch as they smell and look so good with the added bonus of being healthy too!

5 /5 Danny Nicholls: Have been seeing Josh for PT for a while now with great results, he has tailored exercises to what both myself and my wife have needed at the time with achievable exercises to help us both become fitter. He has helped us with any fitness questions and offered up suggestions we can do in our own time too. We have also had meals delivered to us by Josh when our daughter was born and to have delicious, healthy, home cooked meals ready to go every week has been a god send for sure. Highlights have been the Katsu curry and the Roast pork. Would happily recommend Josh for anyone looking to either get healthy meals delivered along with nutritional information or looking to try and get fitter/healthier with a PT who can come to you!
