5 /5 Ismail Patel: Proper bodybuilding gym — no nonsense. The kit is solid, the dumbbells go big, and the atmosphere pushes you to train harder. Just serious lifters and a real community vibe. If you want real results this is the place to come.

3 /5 M O: The equipment is worn down and so is the building. However the gym I quiet and not that busy which allows you to focus and get things done. The weights have that hard-core old school feeling and they feel alot heavier than the modern gyms. They have boxing bags and treadmills. I really didnt like the layout for the dumbells as they are labeled in pounds which I dont see very often and the labels are worn down so badly its like a guessing game. Also I found the treadmills unusable. Only one was working.

Has all machines you would ever need in a gym: Cables, lat pulldown, rowing, bench press, EZ bar, power bar, wide grip bar, squat rack, squat machine, back extension, hip abductor, leg press/extension, calf raises, warmup bike , arm warmup, treadmill. Have sets of dumbbells which range from 5kg to 50kg and also offer boxing classes. Layout is compact but on times of the days where its not busy, theres no issues. The excellent, amazing owner and personal trainer, Dan, is great at explaining how to do each exercise and how to use proper form + technique. Offers good nutritional insight for meals.
