I attend Jesss circuits class which is brilliant and energising for a Saturday morning. I really miss it when I cant go! She is great at explaining technique for tricky moves too to maximise the workout.

Belinda Jane Thornton I joined Powerhouse just over a year ago with no previous gym experience (literally a total beginner!) It was the best decision I’ve made. I train three times a week and feel so much stronger. The coaches are great & work around any injuries or niggles & it’s a great gym community. As a past runner I never expected to get the same buzz from a gym workout as I did from a long run but I was wrong! I’m a total convert and can’t imagine a week without my SGPT sessions!
