Lyndsay Kaldor I have been going to Margherita’s classes for a number of years and after studying with some of the best teachers in London she is an absolute favourite. Her classes are always supportive and inspiring, both physically and spiritually. They are paced beautifully with options for every level and she makes time plenty of time for exploration and playfulness. I always come away feeling super grounded yet uplifted and ready to tackle the rest of my week.

Marie Harrald I could not recommend this club highly enough, we drive a considerable distance so my son can attend. The instruction is excellent and the people are lovely, Jo and Savio are really nice people and very welcoming to beginners and new starters. The feel of the club is more like a family, the camaraderie is amazing and everyone is helpful, friendly and like-minded. This is an amazing sport for both the body and mind and a great club to do it!

Shirley Wong I took the 5 week course at Dalston Clay and fell in love with pottery. Barnaby and Emma are fantastic teachers and there’s just a great community here even on the social nights. My favourite hangout spot in Dalston!

MRah Ive been to AVM several times for sports massages and its become my go-to. Vince and Anthony are very knowledgeable and put their skills to great use to help people, both as personal trainers and massage therapists. Highly recommend.
