Sophie Dainty I started training with Kathryn at 10 months postpartum and already knew she was going to be brilliant from reading her reviews. However, my sessions with her completely surpassed my expectations. Not only has she enabled me to enjoy running again pain-free (I was suffering with back problems) but she is exceptionally knowledgeable on postpartum recovery and is so patient, friendly, dedicated and I feel so much stronger since training with her. I really enjoyed the sessions as well - they are the best thing I could have done for myself after having a baby. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Fantastic.
