PureGym London Wood Green -

Rating: 3.6 /5
Velasquez Yefri (Jeff) I would highly recommend coming to this gym! Everything is new so your gymming experience is already positive. There is a plethora of equipment. Currently it doesn’t get that busy because it opened very recently so take advantage of this while you can.

Aimee Thomas Pilates - London

Rating: 5 /5
Harshini Shah I started attending Aimees classes very recently. Aimee is really lovely, calm and approachable. She has an amazing teach style and provides various options for each movement depending on your ability. I have noticed a difference in only a few sessions. Looking forward to continuing my pilates journey with Aimee and getting even stronger.

OP3 Personal Training Studio Hove - Brighton and Hove

Rating: 5 /5
Isobel Martin OP3 is a great training studio! I feel so comfortable training here and it’s massively helped to build my confidence. Everyone is lovely and supportive. Max has been amazing at pushing me to get my goals and at making working out enjoyable rather than a chore!

Mint Fitness - Brighton and Hove

Rating: 5 /5
teresa murray I have been training with Matt for a few years now and have found the half hour sessions to be really beneficial. I regularly workout the whole body which keeps me strong and balanced for my other sports. By focusing and challenging each muscle group the sessions quickly bring about supportive strength and in time increased strength. I like the change of going to the studio and getting out of the house.

NL Fitness - St Marks Rd

Rating: 5 /5
Victoria Horrell I’ve been training with Layla and Nic for about 18 months, and was thrilled when I heard they were setting up NL fitness. It didn’t disappoint! For the first time in my life I’m actively LOVING exercise. The focus on form, technique, and strength has transformed how I feel about movement. I turn 40 this year, and I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. Every session has exactly the right balance of hard work and laughter. What an incredible community has been built up in just a few short months. I would (and do!) recommend to anyone.

Norman Jonas JANET. SMALL MOVEMENTS ARE MEANINGFUL Learning to feel my body and understand more about its anatomy has helped me to improve my movement in the activities I enjoy, such as cycling, walking, and gardening. I realise that seemingly small movements can in fact impact my whole posture, and that I can do a lot to help myself by using some of the Franklin “tools”, such as imagery, and self touch plus some easy anatomy know how.
