2 /5 Ugron Zsuzsanna: I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the state of the female changing room facilities during my recent visit. This review addresses a significant and, based on previous experience, ongoing issue that urgently requires management intervention.
Upon attempting to use the facilities, I found that all standard toilets in the female changing room were locked for maintenance. This left only one accessible toilet—the disabled cubicle—available for use by all female patrons.
This lack of basic, operational sanitation facilities—with all toilets unavailable save for one occupied cubicle—is an absolute disgrace, especially considering the visit was outside of peak hours.
Due to the unacceptable lack of access, I was forced to seek assistance from a staff member and ask for permission to use the male changing room facilities. This is not only deeply inconvenient and embarrassing but also represents a major operational failure regarding member comfort and safety.
This incident follows previous concerning observations. I have previously witnessed what appeared to be unhoused individuals utilizing the female changing rooms and locking themselves into cubicles. This recurring issue raises serious questions about the gyms commitment to maintaining a secure, hygienic, and comfortable environment for its paying members.
The limited availability of functioning toilets, coupled with potential unauthorized use of the facilities, is entirely unacceptable.
Until these fundamental issues are permanently resolved, the quality of service regarding basic facilities remains severely lacking.
