Kathryn Watson Just completed Dr Jo Gees 6 week Mindfulness Course. Jo was fantastic at clearly articulating and explaining what Mindfulness is all about, using exercises in a really fun, but informal and engaging way. After each session every week I felt so calm and slept like a baby and now have been left with some amazing techniques and tools that I will continue to practice to help develop my Mindfulness and in turn being a more relaxed and in control mother to my children!
