Hazel Papag I attended my first yoga class with Vayu today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I was surprised — it wasn’t just about stretching or poses, but also about mindfulness and relaxation. The way the class flows from meditation to yoga and ends with deep relaxation truly helped me feel peaceful and rejuvenated. Thanks Lucy and Charlie for today!

hazel nicolson As I hurtled towards 60 I decided I needed another opportunity to try and get fit. Don’t like the gym and not really interested in exercise classes. Bit the bullet and joined STOMP at Devils Punchbowl on a Monday morning. What an amazing bunch of ladies. So supportive and encouraging. I’m always last to get to the top of the hills but they are all at the top stretching out waiting for me. Full of cheers and encouragement. My blood pressure is improving and my glutamus maximus are not as maximus anymore. Outdoor exercise is so good for your mental health I particularly love it in the rain. Picture of my gorgeous grandchildren, my main reason for getting fit. No one wants to be an unfit nanny

Helen Ahlheid I love the way that Linda runs three online classes each week - so it is easy for it to become a regular, frequent habit. Linda teaches us how to incorporate the movements into our daily lives so that it quickly becomes a way of life. What’s more, Linda makes it fun and interesting so you don’t even notice that you are working hard! I have realised how all my niggly pains and issues are all linked to poor posture or weak muscles in the wrong place and tension build up and I now feel empowered that I have the knowledge and ability to make the easy changes to set me up for a yoga-based positive future! From her videos about various aspects of midlife (eg nutrition, HRT, what is peri-menopause?) coupled with her regular classes I have already seen some changes - if only I’d found Linda years ago!! Totally recommend.

Brian M Excellent local gym with all the equipment I need to effectively train. Friendly staff with Chris in the gym a star, always so welcoming and offers great advice. Been a member since it opened. 3G pitches for football also very good.
