Cristina Pérez The Yoga Centre has helped me a lot these days when we are isolated at home. I have taken part in some of the online classes they have daily, I especially enjoyed one of them with Wax and with Serena as well. Her soft voice kept me very relaxed all the time. I assisted in a Chair Yoga class, that was my first time doing Yoga with a chair and I liked it. Practicing online yoga with those people its quite similar to be in the studio (of course its not the same) but you are sharing your practice with other people and that feeling is very comforting when you are isolated at home. Mihai Caba Ive been in quite a few gyms over the years and this is not to bad. Ample parking easy to move around the space, loads of space to do stuff in and relatively quiet ( I went at 9 am)

Marie Mosconi I absolutely love the Flexicore class with James. Hes an amazing instructor who truly understands individual limits and makes everyone feel comfortable. I always leave feeling invigoratored.
