5 /5 Donna Mills: Great venue. The studio offers a range of classes including core, pilates, yoga and stretch throughout the day and into the evening Monday to Friday. A great advantage is that it is drop in so no need to pay for classes you cant make but a discount if you buy blocks of 10 or 20 up front. Ive been doing pilates with Yvette on a Thursday for over a year. She makes it good fun, with a lot of variety and explains how each exercise is working the body. Definitely recommend it!

5 /5 Mrs OBBM: Ive been going to Flexicore classes here for nearly a year. They are so good - I rarely get all the aches & pains that I used to get. Each class covers a different set of core muscles & stretches so after going to a few classes you start to feel so much more free and comfortable in everyday life. Oh - and the classes are taken by lovely people. They may make you work hard and cause your muscles to ache but its all worth it and you end up thanking them for it! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Nikki Golder: Studio has been an amazing place to go to. The group sizes are small. Friendly environment, great service. Very flexible as can book into classes when you chose too. Always enjoy my classes I attend. I have done Flexicore with Nick or Jordan and would recommend both :)
