Master Ding Academy -

Rating: 4.9 /5
Luke Shevlin Simply put, Sifu Ding is the most highly skilled Tai Chi teacher I have ever had the honour to meet in my decades of martial arts practise. His skills and understanding of Tai Chi are profound and will change the way you approach this wonderful art. The classes themselves are great, full of dedicated and enthusiastic practitioners all willing to share and help you grow. I feel very lucky to be learning under Sifu Ding and his senior students and highly encourage anyone wishing to learn an authentic and powerful Tai Chi system to give it a try.

Laura Seabright Amazing training that has built my confidence doing weights, stretches and refinding my bodys limits. The venue under the arches is really uplifting for sport. The female purpose built exercise equipment is fab. The coaches really individualise workouts to your level and its really exciting to find yourself pushing yourself to improve. There is a focus on combining your session with movements that work with changes women undergo. Before and after pregnancy I felt supported to keep fit and now going into menopause I feel ready to work with the changes to stay healthy. The coaches are astute, supportive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The other women are friendly and encouraging whatever your level. Its a lovely place to train and get fit. I keep coming back!

Cecily Morley Love this studio! Moved to London a few weeks ago and have been trying out various classes here - specifically yoga, Pilates, barre, and body burn and they’ve all been 10/10. Experienced teachers who are also just very nice humans. The studio setting itself is really nice, in one of the railway arches of the station (bit of traffic noise sometimes but that’s just London). The only thing that could improve the studio is more of a community feel as class attendees don’t tend to be very social (though the instructors always make an effort so thank you for that!

Synergy Gymnastics London - Blackheath -

Rating: 4.3 /5
Navdeep Dhillon Synergy Gymnastics is huge space, and evenly spaced. We had gone there for a birthday party. The place is on the 3rd floor- two level stairs or take the elevator. Staff were friendly. There is a hugee foam pit, a trampoline, bouncy castle, and loads of gymnastics equipment. The whole area has a soft landing. Of course, no shoes allowed once you are in. There is a water fountain on the level for drinking water, and restrooms too. Good, neat experience.

Diesel Gym London -

Rating: 4.9 /5
Arnas Jankauskas Diesel gym is a top quality gym for people who want to begin learning how to fight or build up on it. The atmosphere is serious but friendly, with everyone who is training here pushing each other to improve and willing to help if needed. I would recommend starting with fundamental and beginner classes to familiarise yourself with the coaches and people who regularly train to make friends. I trained in MMA and I found that coach Sal was the best one I worked with. He always had great energy and deeply cared about each person that trained under his class. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here who has an interest in martial arts or wants to try something new.
